Three five week LYME STORIES courses connecting to local heritage place and people with a new communty of local writers, and one new and innovative CREATIVE CONNECTIONS pilot course across writing and art-making with artists Christine Allison and James Winrow.
Lyme Stories: Each week we inspire each other to write and share ideas from readings and prompts all connected to special objects and stories in the museum collection and local heritage of the surrounding coastal landscape, often related to the town’s relationship to the sea – and often we have been lucky enough to have the objects in the room with us, a rare treat and thanks to the museum team including Lizzie who brings the stories to life with her research and local connections.
